Tina has worked as an Office Manager for dental practices since 2002 and truly enjoys helping patients and supporting a great team.
She has a wonderful husband and is a proud mom of four kids, including one serving in the Army and another in the Air Force.
When I’m not at the office, she loves spending time with family and enjoying life’s simple moments.
Kathy is originally from Chicago and made the move to Arizona in 2016 to enjoy the sunshine and beautiful desert landscape. The youngest of seven siblings—four brothers and two sisters—she grew up in a lively household that helped shape her warm, friendly personality.
Kathy has worked in general dentistry for more than 25 years and truly enjoys making patients feel welcomed and supported from the moment they walk in the door. Her years of experience and compassionate approach make her a valued member of the dental team and someone patients look forward to seeing.
She has been married for 35 years to her high school sweetheart, Mike, and cherishes the life they have built together. Outside the office, Kathy enjoys hiking Arizona’s scenic trails, relaxing with a good book, and discovering new wines.
Roxanne is a native of Tucson who recently relocated to Phoenix and has quickly fallen in love with the area. She is proud to be part of the dental field. As a member of the front office team, Roxanne understands that a warm greeting and helpful communication can make a big difference in helping patients feel comfortable and well taken care of during their visit.
Outside of work, Roxanne is a proud mother and devoted cat owner. She enjoys spending time outdoors and appreciates Arizona’s beautiful weather whenever she can. Roxanne also has a creative side and enjoys dabbling in poetry in her free time. Her warm personality and upbeat spirit make her a wonderful part of the team.
Tammy has been blessed to have worked with Dr Cooper from the start of this beautiful practice, 23 years now. Tammy never dreamed she would grow up to be a dental hygienist, and believed she was the most unlikely person to become one. Through many bad dental experiences with her own teeth, and a spark to learn more, led her down the path to hygiene school. Her goal as a hygienist is to make every patient feel comfortable and heard.
Prior to dental school, she completed her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education graduating with Summa Cum Laude Honors. She then completed her dental hygiene degree at Phoenix College with Summa Cum Laude Honors.
Tammy has been happily married for 37 years. Together they have three children, and thus, so far, six grandchildren. “My family is my life. I’m simple. Love you all who come to this practice where we all truly care about you! Thank you, God Bless! - Tammy”
Chandler grew up in North Valley, Arizona, and spent her high school and early college years in Orange County, California, before returning home to complete her dental education at Carrington College in Mesa. She began her career in dentistry in 2018 and has been with Grayhawk Dental Associates since 2022. Chandler is known for her gentle approach and her commitment to building meaningful relationships with her patients. She is passionate about empowering and educating patients on their oral healthcare journey alongside our wonderful team!
Chandler holds additional certifications and licensure in laser-assisted periodontal therapy, nitrous oxide & local anesthesia administration and is a member of the Western Society of Periodontology.
Outside the office, she enjoys reading, running, and spending time with her family and her Boston Terrier, Paisley.
Sara is a Phoenician who has been caring for the Valley as a Registered Dental Hygienist since 2012. She holds licensure in the State of Arizona and maintains certifications in Local Anesthesia, Nitrous Oxide, Laser-Assisted Periodontal Therapy, and CPR/BLS.
She loves being part of Grayhawk Dental, where Dr. Cooper leads with integrity and kindness while truly valuing and supporting his team, and Dr. Adams brings warmth, talent, and dedication to every patient, making her a wonderful addition to the practice. Together, they create an environment where excellent dentistry and sincere patient care go hand in hand.
Outside the office, Sara’s greatest joy is her husband and their three little boys, who are the loves of her life. She enjoys spending time in the sunshine and making memories with her precious family. Sara feels incredibly blessed—being a wife, a mom, and an RDH is truly what her dreams are made of.
Amy is a dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist originally from Alabama, though she has called Arizona home since childhood. Her passion for dental hygiene developed through years of experience as a dental assistant in orthodontic, oral surgery, and general dentistry practices, where she discovered her enthusiasm for preventive care, patient education, and helping individuals achieve healthy, confident smiles.
She graduated from the University of Arizona and completed her dental hygiene program at Carrington College. Amy holds certifications in nitrous oxide administration, local anesthesia, laser therapy, and CPR/BLS.
For the past two years, she has had the privilege of working at Grayhawk Dental Associates, where she truly enjoys contributing to a patient-centered team environment and witnessing the positive impact of comprehensive oral health care.
Amy has been happily married to her husband of 15 years and they are the proud parents of three active boys. Outside the office, she can often be found cheering them on at their baseball games, soccer matches, and swim meets. She and her family cherish traveling together and spending relaxing days on the lake.
Patty graduated from Oregon Institute of Technology with her Bachelor of Science Dental Hygiene degree in 2014. Since relocating to Scottsdale in 2018, Patty has continued to proudly serve patients locally. She is passionate about helping patients achieve and maintain healthy smiles through compassion, education, and exceptional patient-centered care.
Patty is licensed in local anesthesia, laser periodontal therapy, nitrous oxide administration, and CPR/BLS allowing her to provide advanced, comfortable treatment tailored to each patient.
Outside of the office, Patty enjoys traveling, paddle boarding, boating, and remains committed to fitness. [With a strong affinity towards water, Patty enjoys the Arizona heat. She is a proud mom of two young adult children and values quality time with family and friends.
Jen has been a valued dental assistant alongside Dr. Cooper for over 20 years, bringing both experience and heart to the practice. She is CEREC trained and truly excels at it, helping create efficient, high-quality restorations for patients. Known for her upbeat personality, Jen loves making patients laugh and helping them feel comfortable and relaxed in the dental chair.
Originally from Ohio, Jen has called Arizona home for the past 25 years. Jen believes that every patient should feel welcomed and cared for—just like family—the moment they walk through the door. Around the office, she’s affectionately known as a “unicorn” for her rare combination of skill, positivity, and dedication.
Outside of work, Jen enjoys spending time outdoors—especially riding horses, fishing, and off-roading. She has been happily married to her husband, Craig, for three years, and loves making memories with him and her son, Caden.
Maria grew up in Arizona and has worked as a dental assistant for seven years. She specializes in creating same-day CEREC crowns and works chairside alongside our doctors to ensure each patient receives efficient, high-quality care.
Maria is a valued member of the team and is dedicated to making every visit comfortable and seamless for patients. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her friends and family!
Dee is originally from Buffalo, NY and still has family who resides there. She has 2 adult children, of whom she is endlessly proud of, who came to live here in Arizona as well. She started in the dental field because she had some serious dental issues growing up and was extremely fearful herself. In order to make it through the procedures she began to ask questions to help calm her fears and was amazed at the capabilities of dentistry. She strives to connect with patients and to help each person understand fully their healthcare needs. She loves to help make each patient experience an individualized and pleasant encounter. Her experience as a dental assistant has extended over 18 years in general dentistry, oral and maxillofacial surgery, endodontics, pediatrics, orthodontics, and prosthodontics.
She enjoys stand up paddle boarding, hiking, reading and exploring Arizona’s culinary landscapes.
She is honored to be a part of the caring, cohesive team at Grayhawk Dental and looks forward to many years together.
Selena is an Arizona native who has loved living near the mountains her entire life and proudly calls it home. She served in the military for nine years before beginning her career as a dental assistant. Selena earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Arizona State University and has always had a strong interest in the dental field, which inspired her to pursue a career in dentistry. She is very grateful for the opportunity Dr. Cooper and Dr. Adams have given her to be part of the team at Grayhawk Dental. Selena is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable, supported, and well cared for during their visits.
Selena met her husband in the army and married in 2026. She enjoys traveling with her husband and spending quality time together. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active by going to the gym, hiking in the Arizona mountains, and running with her husky, Storm.
